Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account page at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end the period you have already paid for — you keep your runs until that period ends.

What happens to unused runs

Unused runs are not refunded and do not carry over. If your plan includes sixty runs a month and you use four, the other fifty-six end with the period. They do not roll into next month and they are not paid back.

We would rather say that plainly than let you discover it.

When we do refund

If a run fails and we charged you for it. A run that fails part-way is meant to release its charge automatically. If you were charged for an answer you did not receive, tell us and we will refund it.

Within seven days of your first payment, if the product is not what you expected and you have made no more than two runs. Email us and we will refund the first payment in full.

If we take a payment after you cancelled. In full, and we will fix whatever caused it.

When we do not

Because you did not use the runs. Because you disagree with an answer — the models can be wrong, which is why every answer shows you the reasoning underneath it. Because you changed your mind after the seven days.

How

Email the address on the contact page from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Razorpay, and usually take five to seven working days to appear.
