Terms of service

Yeta Zeta is operated by Alma Mater PLC, incorporated in India. By using it you agree to these terms. Governing law is India.

What the service does

You send a request. Several AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI work on it in turn, each improving what the previous one produced. You receive one answer, together with a record of which model contributed what.

We do not promise the answer is correct. It is produced by language models, which are wrong sometimes and confident about it. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Paying

Every plan is paid. There is no free tier, no trial, and no free first run. A card is required when you sign up and the first payment is taken before you can run anything.

Each plan includes a number of runs per billing period. When they are used up, you wait for the period to reset or move to a larger plan. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card number.

Your content

What you write stays yours. We store it so the product works — your run history is the product — and we send it to the model providers listed on the sub-processors page, because that is how an answer gets made.

You are responsible for what you send. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share with a third party, including anything covered by an obligation of confidence you owe to someone else.

Deleting

Deleting a run deletes it. The row and everything attached to it are removed from the database — there is no hidden copy marked deleted. Backups taken before the deletion may still contain it until they age out.

Ending it

You can cancel from your account page at any time. See the refunds page for what happens to the rest of your billing period.

We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use policy. If we do, we will tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect.
