Terms of service

Yeta Zeta is operated by Alma Mater Biz Solutions Private Limited, incorporated in India (CIN U74140GJ2010PTC062953). By using it you agree to these terms. Governing law is India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to use Yeta Zeta, and by creating an account you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

What the service does

You send a request. Several AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI work on it in turn, each improving what the previous one produced. You receive one answer, together with a record of which model contributed what.

We do not promise the answer is correct. It is produced by language models, which are wrong sometimes and confident about it. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Paying

Every plan is paid. There is no free tier and no free first run. A card is required when you sign up and the first payment is taken before you can run anything.

Every plan starts on a short paid trial of that same plan — the same models and the same seats, with a smaller amount of use. It is not free: the price and the date it converts are shown before you are charged, and it is refundable in full within the trial period. The refunds page is the detail.

Each plan includes an amount of use per billing period, shown on your account page as a percentage and as a multiple of the entry plan. When it is used up, you wait for the period to reset or move to a larger plan. There are also limits on how much of a period you can use in a single day or week, so one run cannot consume the month; those are rate limits, not a separate budget, and they do not roll over.

Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card number.

Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees, and the rupee price already includes GST. The figure shown on the pricing page is the figure that leaves your card — nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice still itemises the taxable value and the GST separately, which is what you need to claim input tax credit. Everywhere else, prices are in US dollars and no GST applies.

Your content

What you write stays yours. We store it so the product works — your run history is the product — and we send it to the model providers listed on the sub-processors page, because that is how an answer gets made.

You are responsible for what you send. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share with a third party, including anything covered by an obligation of confidence you owe to someone else.

Deleting

Closing your account deletes your work. The rows and everything attached to them are removed from the database — there is no hidden copy marked deleted. Individual runs cannot be deleted one at a time: the database revokes that operation, because a run carries the record of what it cost and that record is a financial one. Backups taken before the deletion may still contain it for up to 60 days.

Closing your account removes your workspace and every run in it. What survives is the record of what you were charged — amount, date, tax and payment reference — which Indian company law requires us to keep and which contains nothing you wrote. The privacy page says exactly what is kept, for how long, and under which section.

Ending it

You can cancel from your account page at any time. See the refunds page for what happens to the rest of your billing period.

We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use policy. If we do, we will tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect.
